Stories and Contemplations
I share what I’ve purchased recently, talk about things which damage my nerd cred, and share one of my more embarrassing failures.
You are a nerd, but for a whole other reason, nothing to do with your math skillz! But to make you feel better, it must be genetic because math wasn’t Eric’s or my best subject. I took the minimum requirements in both high school and college, and really struggled with macroeconomics (didn’t help that I NEVER bought the textbook!) and statistics. My advice is to get a tutor. Your school should offer free tutoring. Ask at the library, or check with student services.
The problem is I’m never on campus. All of my classes are online (which definitely isn’t good for my math scores.) One of the downsides to living in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, I do know about a lot more online resources, like Khan Academy, this time around.
